A reference for resource decisions

This site helps readers understand how automated systems allocate resources and how people can inspect and govern those decisions. Its initial focus is compute infrastructure, workload coordination, technology costs, and human oversight.

The project aims to earn trust through useful explanations, primary citations, clear limitations, and visible corrections. It does not claim to be the definitive authority or a standards body.

Maintainer and authorship

Mason Nguyen maintains the site and its public source repository. “ARM Editorial” identifies this site's editorial voice; it is not a claim that an independent editorial board exists. The initial reference articles were prepared with AI assistance, as disclosed on each article.

The proposed ARM working framework is attributed separately. Its existence does not establish consensus around that framework or the site's terminology.

Commercial boundaries

This reference has no service checkout or commercial referral directory. Earlier versions directed readers to implementation businesses. The standalone revision removes those pathways while retaining accountable authorship. Removing referrals should not be read as a claim that the maintainer has no outside commercial interests.

Relevant affiliations must be disclosed when they affect a covered subject. See the editorial policy for the conflict-of-interest rule.

Maintenance and accountability

Readers can propose source additions and corrections through GitHub. Changes are versioned, and material editorial changes are summarized in the revision log.

The wiki is curated rather than open to immediate anonymous publication. Contributions are welcome; publication depends on evidence, relevance, and editorial review.

Historical work records

The earlier public-practice records remain available as historical, first-party work records. They are not independent validation of this reference, product recommendations, or evidence of industry consensus.
